Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

No Return, Refund, or Exchange Except for Defective Products

 

We appreciate your preference for our handcrafted goods. Every piece is painstakingly made just for you. Please take time to carefully read our policy.

Defective Products Only:

 

  • Should you, in the unlikely event, get a defective goods, kindly get in touch with us within 7 days of the product's delivery date.

  • Send in a return request along with a video showing the product being unboxed. Make sure the box is still sealed and that the delivery label is visible.

  • In order to properly capture the unboxing process, the video should be submitted and shared on lekshika47@gmail.com without any pauses or cuts.

 

 Refund Process for Defective Products:

 

  • A return request for defective goods must be made within 7 days after the product's delivery date.

  • Upon the return of the product or the date of the return request, whichever comes first, the refund will be paid to the original payment method within 7 days.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Altered or Damaged Products:

 

  • Products damaged by misuse or mishandling are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.

  • Furthermore not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable are products that have undergone any kind of alteration.

  • We advise all consumers to carefully read over product descriptions, specifications, size charts, fabric compositions, and photographs before completing a purchase.
